Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth resolution for cases involving missing or damaged items, we require an unboxing video as proof.
The video must clearly show:
- The package condition upon arrival
- All items included in the shipment
- Any visible damage, if applicable
The video must be recorded immediately upon delivery, before the product is used or removed from its original packaging.
